All orders with paper mail selected are mailed the following day, with the exception of Sundays and holidays. E-delivery happens insantaneously, unless you schedule the send for a later date. 

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate on-site pick up. If you’re eager to get your order, choose email delivery for printer-friendly tickets! 

Starting in 2025, our minimum age will be 6 years old.

The Park welcomes ages 6 and up, but the “Any Age” tickets provide the most value for ages 7 and up. Tickets for 6 year olds are less expensive as we require adult chaperones to climb with them at a 1:1 ratio.

Pro Tip: Remember to take into account any birthdays happening between now and when you would use these certificates! 

Our ticket packs and passes make great gifts, or you can simply stock up on the savings for yourself! 

“Use Separately or Together” simply means all tickets do not need to be used during the same visit. You’ll have the flexibility to use all at once for a single visit of multiple people or you can use, for example, one at a time.

“Gift Separately or Together” means that you’ll be getting individual tickets or passes. You can gift the entire pack or split them up into multiple gifts for different people.

Be sure to check offer details! For example, our Frequent Climber Card is one pass that has multiple uses instead of actual individual tickets.
