Great staff, continued innovation and superb customer satisfaction allow The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring to keep climbing higher. Positive, professional and polite Adventure Park staff are essential to creating the memorable and rewarding experience desired for each of our guests.

Each season brings new features and excitement to what is already the largest aerial forest adventure park in the world! We frequently look for new staff with great attitudes and energy to join our Monitor team (climbers!) or our Host team (ground positions). In addition, we periodically look for new additions to our Sales, Food Truck, and Facilities teams.

POSITIONS

Park Monitor

Do you have a taste for obstacle course like canopy climbing, ziplining, and adventure? We’re looking for high energy team members with engaging customer-focused personalities who will help us ensure that each guest has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience. Park Monitors are responsible for the safety and success of the climbers. Staff training provided.

Must be 18 or older for this position.

Park Host

Do you enjoy helping people, and find a smile rewarding? We’re looking for high energy team members with engaging, customer-focused personalities who will help us ensure all guests are greeted, checked in, and informed on their upcoming adventure! Park Hosts are hands-on with all aspects of registration, retail operations, guest service, and park event support.

Park Supervisor

Park Supervisors act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) on a day-to-day basis, including opening and closing the park, coordinating scheduled staff, and adapting to daily fluctuations in ticket sales. Supervisors serve as the initial responder to emergency situations, routinely observe scheduled staff and workstations to ensure work quality and guest service remain at the highest level, and provide coaching and feedback to Park staff.

Food Truck Manager

We are looking for a self-starter who will take over our food truck operations. Manager responsibilities include inventory and ordering, hiring, training and supervising staff in food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards.

Training & Development Coordinator

Our Training Coordinator will plan, organize, schedule, oversee, administer, and document in-house training programs at the park. This includes formal initial training sessions for new Park Monitors, Park Supervisors, and other team members. It also includes ongoing training and development for all levels of staff. As a key member of the Operations leadership team, Coordinators are part of the team that assists management in making operational decisions, and planning and executing those strategies.
