Group reservations are confirmed by the receipt of a $150 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards your grand total.
Final headcount and payment are due two weeks in advance of the reservation date. You’re welcome to add additional climbers for the group rate up until 5 PM the day before your climb as long as we have availability.
Any additional persons not included in the final headcount wishing to climb with your group on the day of the visit may purchase their ticket through at the General Admission rate (when available).
You may cancel your visit at any point up until 5 PM the day before your reservation. In the event of cancellation, we can reschedule your visit on the spot, or we will issue you a credit for the full amount paid for a future visit. This credit never expires.
The Adventure Park is open rain or shine. However, in the event that severe weather forces the park to close, you will be given the option to reschedule your outing or we will issue you a credit for the full amount paid that you can use towards any future visit.
No shows and late cancellations are not subject to compensation.
