WHAT IS THE PARK?

Whether you’re a health nut looking for a good workout, or a first timer who has never climbed through the tree tops, The Adventure Park has something for everyone. The Park can accommodate ages 5 & up – our oldest climber so far was 95! Step out of your comfort zone and explore the tree tops! 

The Adventure Park is the largest aerial adventure park in North America, with 16 courses made up of bridges, ziplines, ladders, rolling elements, and tons of other unique climbing challenges!

Gloves

Gloves are not required, but are highly recommended. Add gloves to your reservation in advance to save over the Park store’s price! All glove types come in a range of sizes, good for kids and adults alike. Receive gloves and figure out sizes upon checking into your reservation at the Park. Glove availability may vary.

Trango Gloves

These full fingered, light weight, abrasion resistant gloves have surprising durability. Groups of 10+ receive a discount on these gloves with advance purchase!

Dru Gloves

Great inexpensive yet tough neoprene climbing glove. These fingerless, grippy gloves can be used for lots of other sports or even for chores after adventuring through the trees!

Everest Gloves

These all leather performance climbing gloves are ideal for adventure climbing! The fingerless gloves offer protection for the palm while providing full finger dexterity! Durable enough for repeated use.

DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT!

The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring is a lot of fun! The staff were so great at making sure we were prepared and felt comfortable before climbing. They walk around as you’re climbing in case you need any assistance. They have a lot of course options for all difficulty levels and the park itself is in a really pretty forest. This was a really fun day date for us and it would be fun for families too!

My friends and I absolutely loved the Adventure Park! I have done this kind of thing before, but this is my fave place for it so far - so many different route options so it never feels too crowded. We had an absolute blast and are already talking about when we can go back!

The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring is just a fabulous experience -- entertaining, fun, active but you can take on the challenge level you want and go from there ... and ... for all those parents out there, it is screen-free :-) The young people who staff the park are just wonderful -- knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and detail-oriented. Can't wait to go back!
