Waivers

Please be aware that all participants are required to have a completed waiver. The waiver must be completed by a parent/guardian if the participant is under the age of 18. Please note: waivers from previous reservations will not be accepted.

You can access the link to the waiver through your reservation confirmation email.

All climbers MUST fill out a waiver for the reservation, regardless of if they’ve climbed at the park in the past. The group leader is responsible for ensuring everyone has completed the waiver.

To share the waiver, click the “Sign & Share Waiver” button in your confirmation email. Once it takes you to the Waiver page, click “Copy Link to Clipboard” and paste the link into an email, text, or other form of communication and send. Please ensure you are sending the link to the waiver and not your reservation portal.

After sending the waiver invitation to each of your guests, you will be able to see who has completed the waiver on that same page. You can also easily add, remove, or resend the waiver to any of your guests.

Final Payment

Full payment is due two weeks prior to the date of your reservation. You can pay your balance online by clicking the “View/Manage Reservation” button in your confirmation email.

If you prefer to pay over the phone, need to make changes to the reservation, or have any questions about your balance, please contact our reservation specialists 240.389.4386!

Final HEADCOUNT

You can add or take off any climbers prior to making your final payment two weeks out. Adding climbers is subject to availability. Please note: if your group/party size falls below the minimum required for the discounted rate, you will be charged for the group/party minimum or we will switch your tickets to General Admission Pricing.

Once the final payment is made, you’re welcome to add climbers for the group rate up until 5 PM the day before your reservation only if there’s availability. Similarly, you’re welcome to subtract climbers up until 5 PM the day before your reservation. In the event you need to take climbers off that are paid for, you can substitute other climbers or we will issue you a gift card equal to the number of tickets you’re taking off.

Late changes and no-shows are ineligible for compensation. For example, if you reserved for 15 and only 14 show up, you will not receive a credit for the one missing.

Please ensure your final headcount is in by 5 PM the day before. We will not be accepting any walk-in additions at this time.

nOTE ABOUT ADDING CLIMBERS

While we try to be flexible with adding climbers after you’ve initially reserved, please note that our capacity at this time is very limited. You will only be able to add climbers if there is availability. There is no guarantee that there will be space for additional group members after your reservation is on the books.

Plan timing accordingly

Your reservation time is the time you will begin your safety briefing. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early so that your group is ready to start promptly at your scheduled time.

After you check in, you will be placed in the soonest available harnessing group. Your harnessing and briefing will take approximately 40 minutes after which your 2 or 3 hour climb will start.

IF YOU’VE RESERVED LAST CALL- As stated on your ticket type’s selection page, please keep in mind that our toughest courses start closing 1-1.5 hours before the Park closes for the evening. Climbers starting within our last few hours of operations will likely not get to climb our Black or Blue courses, which is in part why these tickets are discounted. They are also discounted because you may not get a full 2 or 3 hours depending on how close the reservation is to end of day.

Safety Briefing

All participants are required to attend the safety briefing. We do have a Safety Briefing Bypass Program, which climbers can complete if they’ve climbed and attended a briefing at least once this calendar year. A Safety Briefing Bypass is available upon successful completion of a test given by one of our supervisors. Ask about our Bypass Program when you arrive at the park!

What to wear

Athletic, closed-toe shoes are required. Heels, sandals, flip flops, crocs, etc. are not permitted on the courses.

The Adventure Park is open rain or shine. Please be sure all participants are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of your visit. If it’s cold outside, we recommend dressing in layers so that you can add or take off as needed.

Long hair (below the chin) must be tied back.

Gloves are not required at the Park, but are recommended.  You are welcome to bring your own (leather-palmed gardening gloves are acceptable) or purchase a pair from us. We have several glove options available and even have group discounts. Be sure to add gloves on to your reservation in advance rather than at the Park to save! Please note that the gloves provided are to protect your hands on the courses, and are not designed for warmth. On cold days, climbers may wish to wear their own gloves underneath the climbing gloves provided.

Food

Guests are welcome to bring their own food into the park or get something from our brand new food truck, The Munch Mobile. Our food truck has snacks, drinks, and hot foods such as burgers and hot dogs. We also have pizza that’s available by the pie or by the slice. Make sure the food truck will be open for your visit! Find the hours & full menu here.

The Munch Mobile & Park Trading Post are card or digital pay only – we cannot accept cash.

If you have a large group, we highly recommend placing an order online a few days ahead of time so we can ensure we have supplies and so you can avoid long wait times.

Picnic tables are available for guests at the front of the park on a first-come first-serve basis unless a reservation has been noted.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Changes:

All group reservation changes and payments may only be done by the group organizer.

Weather

The park is open rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms or high winds, the park may not be able to operate. In this instance, you may reschedule your visit. If there is a temporary closure (e.g. a passing storm), your group may choose to wait out the storm if there is availability. There is no guarantee that there will be availability later that same day.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your reservation for any reason up until the day before your reservation by 5 PM. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you notify us that you would like to cancel, we will issue you a gift card equal to the full value of your trip. This gift card never expires and can be used towards any future reservation.

Changes to Headcount

You may add or subtract tickets to/from your reservation up until the day before your reservation by 5 PM.  Adding tickets is subject to availability. People who show up the day of the reservation without tickets will be charged our general admission rate. If you notify us that you’d like to take a certain number of tickets off the reservation, we will issue you a gift card equal to the full value of the ticket(s) taken off. This gift card will never expire and can be used towards any future climb.

Late Cancellations & no shows

Late cancellations and/or no shows are ineligible for a refund or credit. For example, if you pay to have 10 harnesses reserved and two of your guests do not show, you will not receive a refund for the missing climbers, but may substitute other guests in their place.
