Great staff, continued innovation and superb customer satisfaction allow The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring to keep climbing higher. Positive, professional and polite Adventure Park staff are essential to creating the memorable and rewarding experience desired for each of our guests.
Each season brings new features and excitement to what is already the largest aerial forest adventure park in the world! We frequently look for new staff with great attitudes and energy to join our Monitor team (climbers!) or our Host team (ground positions). In addition, we periodically look for new additions to our Sales, Food Truck, and Facilities teams.

Positions like Park Monitor (18+), Check-In Host, and Food Truck Worker regularly open at the timeline mentioned below. Other positions such as Supervisor, Manager, Sales, etc. may occassionally open on an as-needed basis. We love to promote from within as well as cross-train between departments, so we encourage you to apply to open positions and start the conversation!

Hiring Timeline
Given we are seasonal, positions typically open in late Winter, late Spring, and late Summer. We welcome applicants that can stay with us through entire years or are in the area for the Summer!
Most team’s can work with a wide variety of staff’s availability, but keep in mind we are popular on weekends and around/on holidays and school closures mid-March-mid through December!

Monitor
Be a lifeguard of the treetops! Park Monitors are responsible for every aspect of the guest climbing experience.
Host
Have great people skills? Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests and getting them ready for their adventure.
Food Truck
Not your typical kitchen job! Truck workers are responsible for cooking, serving, and interacting with customers.
