Waiver

Please be aware that all participants are required to have a completed waiver. The waiver must be completed by a parent/guardian if the participant is under the age of 18. Please note: waivers from previous reservations will not be accepted.

You can access the link to the waiver through your reservation confirmation email.

Every climber must complete the waiver online prior to the reservation start time.

Plan timing accordingly

Your reservation time is the time you need to check in for your climb. We recommend arriving at the Park 10 minutes prior to your start time.

After you check in, you will be placed in the soonest available harnessing group. Your harnessing and briefing will take approximately 40 minutes after which your 2 or 3 hour climb will start.

IF YOU’VE RESERVED LAST CALL- As stated on your ticket type’s selection page, please keep in mind that our toughest courses start closing 1-1.5 hours before the Park closes for the evening. Climbers starting within our last few hours of operations will likely not get to climb our Black or Blue courses, which is in part why these tickets are discounted. They are also discounted because you may not get a full 2 or 3 hours depending on how close the reservation is to end of day.

Safety Briefing

All participants are required to attend the safety briefing. We do have a Safety Briefing Bypass Program, which climbers can complete if they’ve climbed and attended a briefing at least once this calendar year. A Safety Briefing Bypass is available upon successful completion of a test given by one of our supervisors. Ask about our Bypass Program when you arrive at the park!

What to wear

Athletic, closed-toe shoes are required. Heels, sandals, flip flops, crocs, etc. are not permitted on the courses.

The Adventure Park is open rain or shine. Please be sure all participants are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of your visit. If it’s cold outside, we recommend dressing in layers so that you can add or take off as needed.

Long hair (below the chin) must be tied back.

Gloves are not required to climb but are recommended. You are welcome to bring your own (leather-palmed gardening gloves are acceptable) or purchase a pair from the Park. We have several options available that you can add on to your reservation in advance or purchase at the Park. Please note that the gloves provided are to protect your hands on the courses, and are not designed for warmth. On cold days, climbers may wish to wear their own gloves underneath the climbing gloves provided.

Food

Guests are welcome to bring their own food into the park, have food delivered, or order from our very own food truck! There are many nearby restaurants within 5 miles as well. Picnic tables are available for guests at the front of the park on a first-come first-serve basis.

Find the Food Truck hours and menu here. Our Food Truck and the Park Trading Post accepts cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay – no cash.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Changes:

The park is open rain or shine, so we recommend dressing for the weather! If you prefer not to climb in the rain, you’re welcome to reschedule, even if we remain open. Although we cannot provide refunds, we do offer compensation in the form of rebooking credits, reschedules, or weather vouchers.

General Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your reservation for any reason up until the start time of your reservation. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you notify us that you would like to cancel, we will issue you a gift card equal to the full amount paid. This gift card never expires and can be used towards any future reservation.

To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please locate your confirmation email and click “Manage Reservation” to view your portal. You will have the option to cancel entirely or use the “Modify Reservation” option to reschedule and/or remove a set number of tickets without cancelling the entire reservation.

Severe Weather Closures

In the event of severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms or high winds, the park may not be able to operate. In this instance, we will contact any upcoming reservations and either reschedule them or provide them with a full rebooking credit that never expires.

If there is a temporary closure (e.g. a passing storm), your group may choose to wait out the storm if there is availability. There is no guarantee that there will be availability later that same day. If you’ve already started your climb and we have to close for the remainder of the day or you do not wish to wait out the storm, you’ll be provided with vouchers to come back within a year.  Vouchers will be good for 100% of a ticket if you’ve gotten less than half of your time in or 50% if you’ve gotten more than half.

Changes to reservations

You may add or subtract tickets to/from your reservation prior to checking in. Adding tickets is subject to availability, and we ask that you do so prior to arrival so we can get you checked in as quickly as possible. There is no guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate walk-in additions. If you notify us that you’d like to take a certain number of tickets off the reservation, we will issue you a gift card equal to the full value of the ticket(s) taken off. This gift card will never expire and can be used towards any future climb.

To change the date, time, and/or number of climbers on your reservation, please access your confirmation email and click “Manage Reservation” to access your portal. Once in the portal, you will see options to cancel, modify, or request staff assistance.

No Shows

Late cancellations and/or no shows are ineligible for a refund or credit. For example, if you pay to have 5 harnesses reserved and two of your guests do not show, you will not receive a refund for the missing climbers, but may substitute other guests in their place.
