Covid-19 Practices
During the height of the pandemic, we introduced new policies and practices in response to keep our guests and staff healthy. Here are some of the ongoing measures that you’ll still see around the Park.
Ongoing Practices
- Development of a dedicated Facilities Team to assist in keeping the Park clean and sanitary. This includes an Increased frequency of cleaning restrooms.
- Face Masks are optional for both staff and guests. This policy may change at any time as we continue to adapt to local and state guidance and mandates.
- Find several hand washing stations and a number of hand-sanitizing stations throughout the Park.
- We no longer provide ‘loaner’ gloves. Gloves can be purchased as part of the reservation process. You are also welcome to bring your own. Simple gardening gloves and most sport gloves are fine. Please Note: All of our glove options are optimized for climbing, they are not designed for warmth. Feel free to bring your own cold-weather gloves and layer them!
- We lowered the capacity of the park and will continue to operate under this new model.
- Cashless - The Park Trading Post and Food Truck only accepts card or digital payments.
Cashless
We do not accept cash at the Park Trading Post or Food Truck. Any transactions will be card only.

We can easily reschedule or provide a rebooking credit for your reservation if you’re feeling under the weather!
Gloves
We no longer provide “loaner” gloves. Bring your own or purchase a pair with your reservation!
