Frequently Asked Questions
What are ticket prices?
You can find all our current rates and session times on each product page. Every person heading into the trees needs their own ticket. We’ve got a lot of ground (and sky) to cover, and for safety and timing reasons, harnesses cannot be shared. Once you’re geared up, that harness is yours and yours alone for the duration of your climb.
Are reservations required?
Reservations are a must.To keep the trails flowing and the vibes high, we’ve capped our capacity, which means we aren’t taking walk-ins right now. If you want to own the afternoon, you’ve gotta hit that to see what’s open and claim your spot.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. If you roll in late, we can’t guarantee we can squeeze your group in at your arrival time. We want you in a harness, not standing in the parking lot. Help us help you.
Rolling with a Crew? If you’re looking to score those group discounted rates, you’ve gotta book those in advance. Check out the Groups Page to see how to get your squad on the schedule.
Are there age restrictions on the climbing courses?
We’ve got trails for everyone, ages 6 and up.
6-Year-Olds: Our youngest adventurers are total rockstars, but they must climb with an adult (18+) at a 1:1 ratio at all times.
Leveling Up: As you get older, more of the park opens up. We have a solid progression system to make sure everyone is on a trail that fits their skill and comfort level. Pro-Tip: Head over to our Park Rules page. We’ve got a full breakdown chart that shows exactly which colored courses each age group can tackle. Know your limit, then push it.

Keep It Lit Hours
- We keep the fun going 6 pm – 11 pm. Check back for summer dates and times.
How much time do we get?
We’re not about rushing the experience. Most of our Aerial Forest tickets are dialed in for a solid 3 hours of climbing.
The Breakdown:
- Bonus Time: On top of your 3 hours, we bake in an extra 40 minutes at the start for your safety briefing and gear-up.
- The “40-Minute Rule”: If your reservation is for 2:00 PM, your 3-hour timer doesn’t even start until you’re fully rigged and briefed around 2:40 PM. We don’t charge you for learning the ropes!
Pro-Tip: Frequent flyer? If you’re a regular, talk to a supervisor. After you’ve mastered the briefing once, we might be able to fast-track you on your next visit.
The “Last Call” Hustle
Ticket sales end 2.5 hours before we close. We often offer Last Call tickets. Look for the red slots on our booking page. These are discounted and let you climb right up until the park shuts down (usually 2–3 hours total). Heads up: Our toughest courses (Blue and Black) start closing 90 minutes before the park does. If you’re a Last Call climber, plan on owning the Yellow and Green trails.
Other Adventure Windows
- The Labyrinth: These tickets give you 90 minutes of climbing plus a 30-minute briefing and gear-up.
- Special Events: Events like Glow in the Park or Keep it Lit are typically 2 hours + 40 minutes. Same goes for some of our weekday summer specials.
Pro Tip: Do the “boring stuff” before you buy your ticket. Hit the restroom, grab your snacks, and make sure your shoes are laced tight before you check in. That way, when the timer starts, you’re 100% focused on the canopy.
